Salem Health Medical Clinic – Boulder Creek

Being a medical transport sometimes we run into situations where the staff are unkind. This is one of them the lady at the front desk was very rude for no reason I simply was headed to restroom while patient was in their appointment. This lady dang near jumped over the counter to stop me and be rude raising her voice as I'm very kindly letting her know my status. Not that my status means anything other then I'm not trying to camp in your office.

Discrimination against OHP members. False information on what they accept. Worst receptionist around. Rude doesn't begin to explain how they treat people. Don't trust Salem Health period. God help us all.

I went into day and I know I have strep throat every year around this time I get strep throat. Well this time they insisted that I had covid matter what. I forgot her name but she a women doctor and she kept on saying that I needed to get the covd shot and that I had covd. When I know what I have. She just wouldn't listen and now most likely I will get covd because she put me by covd patience.
