Our heat pump quit working and we were only able to heat by utilizing auxillary heat, which was costing us a small fortune. Contacted Ben, the owner of Northwest Heating and AC. He did some preliminary checking and found we had a blown fuse. He said no charge and took care of us. Honest and upfront is the key here.
