Dr. Helwig and her staff were so very kind when it came time to say goodbye to our sweet Silas kitty. The doctor and staff are knowledgeable and really care about the pets. They treat them like they are their own.

Probably over a decade ago now, but still crosses my mind often... Our cat had been hit and was fairly injured.. dislocated hind legs and such. Not only did they take her in without taking payment beforehand, but they let us do a payment plan for the entire bill. It totaled a little over $2000, and we paid it off according to the agreement. They also helped another pet of ours, a doggo, when she kept having skin problems... Causing her to constantly "dig" at her back area.. in turn causing her to have sores. Very personable. Due to COVID I was not able to go to the exam with my dog, but the Vet came out and talked with me in the parking lot about everything and answered all my questions.
