Melton's gets five stars. I would use them again. Deciding which company and heat pump to use took several months and Melton's was patient and answered ask my questions. Brian made a couple visits to go over things. On the install day, the guys showed up on time and worked hard. They took time to show me what they were doing. The wiring from the previous system was inadequate. Meltons got an electrician out the next day and Jimmy came out on Saturday to turn on the system.
Thanks also to the office staff for being polite and efficient.
