“As a member of cherokee tribe this we're I go but the staff shortages. Not to add the long wait list but you should . Call ihn as well as your tribe to make a comfortable complaint. I finally got someone to call me.after 6 month of we're call you back . I feel the native clinic could use more support. Pay rase and the staff it need to care for all native the 43 tribes need to come to gather a build a hospital cancer treatment and more“

“I used to go to this clinic when I was a kid to see Dr. Yamaguchi, and returned this last year as an adult. Dr. Yamaguchi has now retired and his replacement, Dr. Guy, is phenomenal! He is one of those doctors who actually listens to hear, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of. His MA Leslie is also amazing. She is great at making you feel at ease and remembers who you are.Every single person in the front office is so sweet and friendly! They take great care to ensure you are warmly greeted upon entering, as well as leaving. I have never had to worry about any billing issues or making sure my information was correct. The phlebotomist on site is also wonderful, sweet, and calming.I honestly can't recommend this office enough!“
