I wasn't sure what to do/expect exactly because it was my first real massage- she made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way and was very understanding when I mentioned I can't really have my legs touched. I mentioned my shoulders were having problems and so she spent some time on them specifically and let me tell you, I felt like SO much better afterwards, it was such a nice relief! And the place itself is so nice and pretty - I love the little waterside area and inside is small but very warm, cozy, welcoming and relaxing. They have great products for sale too!
