I feel a lot of fear working with new people who are not familiar with thick / long hair, but the confidence of Shelby going right into it with me (I got a thinned out asymmetrical haircut) was so powerful, I felt at ease right away. Shelby is amazing! I had a last minute booking, she had a last minute cancellation - serendipity! If I lived in Portland I would drive down to see her. She uses a product line that smells like heaven, she is quick, and she is kind! Shelby is also someone who you can show a photo and she will make the photo happen! Very thankful for the stop today.

The girl who cut my hair did a great job! Great price and my hair looks and feels amazing. I will definitely come back. The only thing is I asked a couple questions about what products I should use and she didn't really answer my questions, just said it depends(which is fair, but I was looking for some guidance) overall, great experience.
