They promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment for the next day for their technician/locksmith, Triston, to come out to the house. Triston called us about 45 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival. Triston was very personable, polite and professional. We shook hands, chatted for a bit and then he quickly assessed the situation, wrote up an estimate and once the estimate was finalized, he got right to work! During the process, he’d check in with us to make sure that the locks and keys were what we needed and he made sure that the keys worked in the locks. Along the way, we talked about shared interests, hobbies, etc. which was great! He also shared some lock troubleshooting tips and tricks.
