I have been extremely fortunate to have been referred to Karen at Landmark Mortgage. She has helped with multiple loans over the last 19 years. I made the mistake of going to someone else on a suggestion once.... never again. The other company was rude, acted like they didn't have time, and said they couldn't make it work.
