Took the free first class and loved it. I've never done any kind of training or martial arts and was very nervous, but the class was easy to understand and I was able to go at my own pace with the things that were more than just how to throw a punch. If you have ANY kind of interest, definitely take the free class. It was well worth it. Plus, the next three classes for only $20 is a super deal if you're still unsure but interested enough to try more.

Took the free first class today and absolutely loved it. Half the class was done before I even realized it. Came into it with zero experience in training or martial arts and it wasn't a problem at all. The instructor went over everything well and I was able to go at my own pace for the more complicated things. I signed up for three months right after class, but the three class punch card for $20 is a killer deal if you're still unsure after the free class.

Since I started training at KMS I've been given detailed and informed tactical instruction on self defense with an emphasis on practical, no bravado, survival-based methods. In my 6 months experience so far, the information provided appears to be grounded in statistical analysis from experts in various relevant fields and the collective anecdotal evidence of experienced practitioners.
