We called J& L to rekey our house which encompassed about 9 different locks all together. They promptly returned our call and scheduled an appointment for the next day for their technician/locksmith, Triston, to come out to the house. Triston called us about 45 minutes prior to his scheduled arrival. Triston was very personable, polite and professional. We shook hands, chatted for a bit and then he quickly assessed the situation, wrote up an estimate and once the estimate was finalized, he got right to work! Just want to give a huge shoutout to Jake Rice! He really went the extra distance for us and fixed some very frustrating problems we had been having with our vehicle for a long time. He was punctual, got the work done quickly, and even threw in a duplicate key for us. Thanks so much, Jake! We'll definitely be coming back to y'all in the future for any lock-related needs. :)
Absolutely on top of it. I've called them 3 times plus 2 times for receipts that I couldn't find and all the times, these folks are responsive, professional, and quick to accommodate.
Also guaranteed work as my tech, Jake, has come out all the 3 times and helped with outstanding service and follow up. Plan on using them in 2 weeks and I know they won't disappoint.
