Fast and friendly service! Called late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to provide service on Monday in the midst of a heat wave. Our technician was professional and was able to troubleshoot all of the system issues. Highly recommend!

Generally good. Techs are always polite. They have serviced my gas fireplaces several times. I made a mistake one time and had it serviced in the summer. Turned it on around October and it sooted up so bad, it quit late in the winter> I ended up paying for another tech and a special vacuum to clean it up. Had it serviced in the winter this time and the soot started within a day. But I called and they fixed the issue. Caught it enough in time there was no charge. If the fake logs don't get set back correctly, it can cause the problem. Home Comfort is a valuable company to our city and I will continue to use them, but homeowners need to be aware of what can happen.

Their service people returned twice after the original installation of our new furnace and have our new furnace working excellent. All the service staff as well as the office staff have been super helpful. We totally recommend Home Comfort. Bob & Marilyn Craven
