Wow what a great experience buying my first home! I worked with Kevin Palke and his amazing team. In the beginning I was stressed and didn't know where to start the process of buying a home. I received a few recommendations of Guild Mortgage and was told to contact Kevin. As soon as I spoke with Kevin I could tell I was in good hands. Without even asking me to do a credit check or how much I had saved he started clearly explaining the process. He answered all of my questions and brought up many things I hadn't even considered. Our experience with Kevin was fantastic. He was diligent, and showed real care when dealing with our family. He made sure our mortgage was just right for our family, and when interest rates dropped, *he* reached out to *us* to help us refinance, saving us a lot of money. If you want a real professional, a genuine human being, then Kevin is your guy!
Kevin was very personable from our first interaction, and was very easy to work with. He communicated any changes that occurred and was very knowledgeable about the market and rates which helped us make the most well informed decisions we could. We will definitely go back to Kevin and will recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage loan officer in the future.
