Blew me off multiple times with no excuse. I provided generous information on my project, said he could do it after waiting a week for a reply. Waited another week without a reply. Still won't reply 2 weeks later. It's a basic floor repair. Do not recommend.
Bill is great to work with. He fixed our garage door cabinets that originally were installed incorrectly by the previous owner. The prompt reply and fair pricing was greatly appreciated. Definitely will hire Bill again for future projects.
