I've been a regular customer at Expert Nails for about a decade, receiving 2 services: Solar Nail Fill & a Spa Pedicure. They feature the long-wearing, gel-type colors. I'm torn. My family has been going here since I was 11 years old. I'm now 31. The reason why I'm conflicted is...I made an appointment for a Saturday a week in advance. I got there 10 minutes early. Picked my color (ultimately went with French tip) and sat for 20 minutes before they stared the water. Mind you I only went for a pedi and no one was seated at the pedi station. It was empty but they were working on nails, so understandable. They turned the water on and it was too hot- I just can't stand up for myself so I sat there for another 10 minutes until mi came over and asked me if the water was too hot. She fixed it. Then I sat for another 15 minutes which I was okay with because I was enjoying the warm water on my feet and FINALLY after waiting for so long Jennifer started on my feet. She went a little to thick on the white but I untimely LOVED MY PEDI!!! I loved it and I couldn't stop talking about them for two days. Yes it took a bit of time but boy do I love my feet now. ~ But oh man, have the prices jumped from the last time I was there. back in 2019- I used to get a gel pedi AND my regular gel nails for $60 now I'm paying $60 just for a pedi. I scheduled a fill. So that's says something. I really do love this place.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. The staff are friendly and upbeat, with always something nice to say. I have always had excellent service from this shop and have not seen a need to go anywhere else. One downside, they do not take cards. It can be a bit inconvenient for those of us who are plastic-dependent.Service: Pedicures
