I can’t express enough how much I appreciate Carmen, this company, the staff, the professionalism and the true caring spirit they all embodied!!!! They came into my parents’ home and thoroughly sanitized and cleaned the whole house. After years of neglect, this was no small feat and they did it without complaining or any hint of an attitude. In addition, they have really bent over backwards to try and help me after the big Estate Sale as well!!! If I could shout their praises from the top of a mountain to everyone, I would surely do it!!!!! Thank you so very much!!!!!!

I'm disappointed with the service I received from DeSantis, and definitely didn't receive the quality of service I was charged and paid for. I hired them to do a move-out clean on my small 800-ish square foot unit. The unit wasn't in poor shape in terms of cleaning, so it wasn't like it needed some super intense work. I hadn't been cleaning thoroughly in the short window leading up to the move since I planned to hire that out.When I received word from DeSantis that cleaning was done, I let my landlord know I was fully out. Monica did an amazing job deep cleaning the living areas/bathrooms of my home I’m preparation for my son’s first birthday party. Was very sweet to my pups and will definitely be using them before special events in the future. Highly recommend.
