Yesterday, we unfortunately had a late evening main sewer line backup that resulted in raw sewage coming up through the basement floor drain (ewww, right?!). We are scheduled to have our main sewer line replaced, but were told to call if any issues were to arise before then. I called Davis and per usual, everyone I spoke to in the office was kind, helpful, and very caring. Even though it was after hours, a technician (Michael Cantrell) came and installed a drain plug to prevent sewage from backing up until our main sewer line can be replaced. Michael C. was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He didn’t rush when assessing how to best fix the problem. He communicated clearly what needed to be done to prevent the issue from happening again until repairs could be made, and he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel silly. He was efficient, and diligent. On top of everything, before Michael left, he thoroughly cleaned the raw sewage that was covering part of my basement floor. He’s the real MVP! Thank you to Davis and our technician, Michael, for another job well done!

T.C. came to our home to address several electrical issues. He clearly explained any and all problems and quickly fixed each and every one. He was able to make recommendations for upcoming home projects that were helpful and cost effective. He was patient, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him for any electrical problems. He is a Master Electrician and it shows through his knowledge and experience.

Had partial electricity go out. T.C.Fielder came out and knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. Very happy with his work. He was nice and very professional. I highly recommend them. Angela Greene
