We had such an amazing experience yesterday! Our little guy has been telling us no to a trim for years as we inched closer to desperately needing one. I was thrilled when Curious Curls opened because he has very curly hair and it can be hard to find a kids salon experienced with curls. We decided to just take a leap of faith and hope he’d adjust to the fun decor and chairs and it was amazing. Alma was so sweet and patient with him and leapt right in even when he was still adjusting, not bothered by his anxiety and even showed him how it didn’t hurt when she started cutting! Amazing staff, who are great stylists, very good with special needs kiddos and those with sensory needs. The salon is super cute, colorful and fun! They also got us in last minute. Definitely recommend ❤️

I've taken my son here ever since his first haircut (he has had 5 in total here). Every time we've gone has been great and I would recommend to everyone. This last time, Shy, was his stylist. She was phenomenal with him and I would highly recommend her any day of the week! I'm hopeful that we will see her again!

Located in the Salem Keizer area, Curious Curls Kids Salon is a new, inclusive Children's Hair Salon. We take pride in our ability to cut and braid all types of hair. If your child has special needs, they will feel comfortable and at-peace in our salon. Our goal is to add some magic to your child's day and take something stressful off your plate.
