Had our dryer go out and called Capital City for the first time. They came out within a day and diagnosed the issue and that it could be repaired. Later that day I got a quote and was told they would schedule it when they could confirm delivery schedule for the parts they had to order. He didn't want to make any promises they wouldn't keep on the schedule. Turns out, two business days later I got a call that the parts were in and they could come the next day to repair. The price was exactly the quote I was first given and the work was done quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company.
