Got a brand new stacked washer/dryer, and the dryer almost immediately stopped working. These guys (Don and John were the techs? Maybe Tom?) were the second company we hired to fix it, because the first was useless. Took two visits, one to diagnose and order parts, and one to install. Both times they arrived right at the start of their time window, and finished within half an hour. Nothing but positives, Will use for my next appliance issue.

What a great company to work with! Danielle was so friendly, answered all my questions, did a great job getting everything scheduled and taken care of. Our technician Noah was so friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our washer and our freezer, showing us and explaining to us what the problems were. Everything is running smoothly again. We would definitely use Appliance & Refrigeration Hospiral again. They have been in business since 1947, and I can see why! Excellent service, highly recommend!
