When I put a request for roof replacement quote in internet, Pablo was the first person to call me and set a date and time to visit my roof. He was on time and took ~2 h to measure my roof and gave me estimate on the spot, which was good to me as I knew the price right away. I got four more quotes from four different company, but his price was the lowest. So, I hired him and he completed my roof replacement work successfully. During my project, I had many conversation and interaction with him. He clearly explained his plan of work and pros / cons of the asphalt shingles made by different companies. When he found that my requested shingle is out of stock, he came to my home with many other samples to choose from there and then I found the right one. The bottom line is that he cares about the customer's satisfaction. During my roof work on May, weather was not so friendly, rains on and off, but still his team did continue their work and complete my roofing on time. Overall, I was impressed with his work and I already recommended him to two of my neighbors. Of course, I will highly recommend him to my other friends and neighbors in the future.
