I use several of the services at Belleza. They are very warm and welcoming when I walk in. The place is beautiful! I have been going to day spas for years, and Belleza is my favorite, by far.

Well my experience is detailed. First thing is they don't have anyone to answer the phones and everyone works independently.

So if you don't know anyone you just leave. Message and hope you get a call back. But that is the only negative about this place. This time was great I got a call back within a couple hours and scheduled for the next day. Posatives are:
Its clean, updated and doesn't smell like hair dye or nail tech stuff. Betty is friendly and nice Betty is who I was scheduled with which was great because she cut my hair in the past so I trusted her to do it again.

Belleza is an adorable gem in St Helens! I get all my beauty needs taken care of in one location!!! The whole crew there is so customer service oriented! Rosie gives the best facials I have ever had! Seriously MAGICAL! If it's lashes, brows or waxing you are looking for Mandy is your girl! I get compliments on my lashes DAILY! Looking for a fantastic pedi, Tripsy is amazing!!!
