I hired Zerbach construction among 3 other quality contractor's, to do a complete remodel and build out, adding approximately 2500 sf to a once exclusivev medical building at 171 Medical Loop Blvd. . This 1970 building was so dated, it sat empty for over 5 years. Ugh! This once 8,500 sf building , with it' s flat roof design, had only one entrance, and four floor levels. Where customers and employees had to walk 3 ramps to get to the 5 suites, from one end of the building to the other. A non user friendly design. Now! 171 Medical Loop building is becoming a beautiful, attractive, state of the art , 12,682sf user friendly building. 100 % modernized. With it.s new roof design, four attractive entrances, added bath rooms, each suite, numerous large attractive windows, and each of the 6 suites having their own entrance, and their own floor level. 171 Medical Loop is in a Great location. Fronts Stewart Parkway, across from Sherms, in Mercy Hospital Complex. A perfect location for a person's business. Whether retail or office. Now fully rented to two businesses; P3 Health and IRC Dialysis. Only a qualified contractor like Zerbach construction could do this extensive buildout. I.m very pleased with Zerbach construction and contractor, Brandon Zerbach . They have been helpful in helping me realize my vision, and at same time the Zerbach crew is doing quality craftsmanship. Zerbach Construction just replaced a section of my old foundation along the entire west wall of my house and a short portion around the corner to the west side of the house. I tend to be picky about the jobs done on my house. I have to say I have never been more impressed with a construction company in my life. The lead man on the concrete crew was the hardest working guy I've ever seen. He was so expert and professional in everything he did, from his work to his crew management. If I owned a company I would not hesitate for a second to hire him or any member of his crew. I'm anxious to see the second half of the job when the building crew comes in for the repair to the floor that was damaged in the room above the worst part of the broken foundation. You folks have my highest recommendation. Thank you for an excellent job.
