My brother passed recently, and we needed to get his house sold. When we arrived in Roseburg, we asked around for a great realtor to help us. The first 5 independent responses we received from the locals recommended the same person, Troy Schuyler. We knew we made the right choice at our first meeting with him ... so friendly and helpful. He knows the area and market values. Even though we live out of state, he was able to send us the proper documents for signatures and always answered our questions quickly. He found us a buyer within days, and escrow closed early as well. What more could we ask of any professional? We recommend this realtor highly!

Troy did an amazing job helping us with the sale of our house. We had some anxiety with our sale and our purchase in another state and Troy was there every step of the way. He's very knowledgeable about the market and real estate transactions. We had some difficulties with the title company and Troy was always very responsive to all of our questions and issues. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
