Jon exceeded my expectations! I had booked an appointment for my 3.5 year old and asked if he could trim my 10 month olds hair if there was time, fully willing to bring him back another day since we only had one appointment scheduled! Jon cut my toddlers hair and because time allowed, he was able to cut my infants hair too. He showed them all the tools and explaining the process to each. He was so patient and flexible as the infant squirmed around. Thank you, Jon!
