You know I posted my prior review based on my experience with my dog And cost of her medicine which was originally 60 and then over a hundred on actually there to pay for it. I was never rude or mean but firm that you should involve the owner in cost changes. I'm a paying customer. I owe no balance yet this lady manager makes it seem like if my little girl Shin-tzu is sick again that she is not welcome. They are good hospital but don't quote and switch meds without some involvement with the customer. In my opinion that's mean and kind of vindictive. I thought this was About the animals? What happens if we need service? We owe no bill. We've paid hundreds.! Why are they being haters. Let people figure out the bills. Our baby's should be Able to get service if they need it. Shame on taking mediocre review from a paying customer out on my poor little dog

We were traveling on vacation when our little 7lb dog Josie got stung by a bee. We didn't know it at the time what had happened but she was hysterical and would not put weight on her foot. We immediately started looking around for emergency clinic. Called Bailey's and they set us up to Come in asap. We were 30 mins away. Fantastic vet, great support staff, vet techs were very sweet to our little girl. Clean place. Excellent front desk service too. Super happy. They did not offer things that were not needed and didn't mind when I asked for a little more too since we would still be traveling for a bit after. We couldn't have been happier with the service there. We felt very fortunate we found them and will remember them incase of any issues in future in that area.

Complete trash of a vet. Seriously was put on hold till they closed. Then was told that we would be charged a damn service fee for after hours and then we waited for the medicine to come in and called and called never heard a thing then suddenly after I got upset the meds were ready. But only after our dog got sicker and sicker and ate her tail and had a high fever. Thanks guys won't ever recommend you even if you were the last vet on earth. You should be ashamed of yourselves to be called veterinarians. Won't work with people who need get help and animals die. Then call to see how they are just ridiculous. This business should be gone in my opinion. We will be going out of town even if it means to grants pass to find care for our dogs. Also if you move an appointment they say it is cancelling it and it makes it so you can't get your deposit back. We don't have that kind of money to spend and we moved it so we could have more time to get the money to afford the 1500 dollars for a tail removal and for you to take advantage of people desperate need for their dogs to get help. You're horrible people. My mom has been a vet tech for 30 years and never in all those years have we ever seen this money hungry and lack of empathy towards animals or people ever! If I could give zero stars I would!
