The best place in Roseburg to have your fur babys ears lowered. The price is very competitive and the knowledgeable staff will never book a long wait for appointments. I have been taking my 2 doodles to these guys for years. They do an amazing job...Except this last time...It just wasn't very good. I don't really care that much but I thought, 'would I want to know if I didn't do a good job at my work?....yes" SO I left a message. They immediately called me and asked me to bring my dog in and they would make it right. She came back looking REALLY NICE. Very refreshing to see ACTUAL amazing customer service.
