I wish we had called EconoRooter first! Dave was great - very professional and experienced. He knew what the issue was and had it fixed within 30 minutes. What a relief after being without running water for 3 days! Unfortunately we called RotoRooter first, the guy was nice but didn’t have a lot of experience and broke the tip of the snake off in one of our pipes. He did suggest we call EconoRooter because of their experience and said they have more tools to get the job done, so I’m at least thankful for the recommendation!
