When I walked in, I could say that the front desk could be a little more cheerful and friendly towards the patients! Customer service is how you get good reviews and more business!
I am very impressed with the patient care of Dr. Michael Heath and his team and assistant Emily. They explained full detail what their step by step plan of attack or treatment was going to be and had excellent chair side manner. I think Dr. Heath is an excellent doctor and I give him a 10/10!
My appointment was July 31st to sew my ear that had an earring ripped out of it and he did better than expected! It looks like it use to before my accident! Thank you Dr. Heath and team!

Making an appointment was quick and they did confirmations using text which made it easy. Jennifer Wilson made me feel very comfortable during my check up. I was referred because of a bump on my nose but I also had a bump on my finger. She numbed them, did the tissue removal and sent samples in for biopsy. These areas healed very well and you can't see where it was done. She also did a check for any skin concerns and, thankfully, did not find any others. She was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. I would be very happy to see her for my check ups.
