Low stars are for the billing process. My insurance denied at least half of the billing, stating "Grossly overcharge of services". After receiving a bill breakdown, I have to concur. Steven's practice charges 3X what my previous chiro in Medford charged for manual. The other charges were 33-48 percent higher. To top it off, I have NEVER been seen at my appointment time. Anywhere from 35 minutes to 1hr and 4 minutes for my longest wait. Absurd. The Chiro is a nice guy, but not worth the extreme pricing. Im sure there are Chiro charging much lower. Be sure to check around, I won't be back.
When I injured my back, Dr. Finlayson's office got me in so fast, and he knew exactly what to do to make my silly ribs behave. One hour later and I was a new person! Thank you so much!!!!
I have been going to Dr Finlayson for almost twenty years. He’s always excellent in his manner, his concern, and his expertise! I could not ask for a better chiropractor!!! He never disappoints....he always fixes the problem.... and I trust him completely! And he’s a very nice person too! ?
