I was greeted upon walking in and I was taken upstairs to a private hair studio or room. Whatever you want to call it. It was wonderful. Very relaxing. Even when you're being waxed. Lol. My hair color was perfect and she offered me a week to come back if I wanted it cut any different. I did and she knew exactly what I needed. Thank you!
