“Rick gave a very reasonable estimate and time line on a bathroom remodel. As Justin started the demolition, problems became apparent from the previous owner/do-it-yourself idiot. The tub/shower stall needed a complete reframe. The glue used on the linoleum torn out the sub floor. Even the wiring needed extra care because the wires were the same color.We were burned by a contractor before, so , I saw our estimate climb out of control. Rick sent us the final bill via email. When my wife and I opened the email, expected the worst. But, we were extremely surprised because the final was VERY reasonable. Justin was always on time and is extremely professional. We will use Rick Bradshaw's company again.“

His estimate was well below that of the other companies I had called and he was able to start immediately. He only had a crew of two, but they were surprisingly efficient. “If you have a kitchen counter problem or a sink or bathtub problem, here's your solution: refinish, don't replace. My kitchen counters were avocado green tile with a maroon border, circa 1952. And the Grout had been "touched up" with some kind of maroon paint. They were beyond ugly. So on the advice of my realtor I contacted Ken for a quote. The estimate was way less than it would have cost to replace the countertops with granite or quartz. He also refinished the kitchen sink, one bathroom sink and a shower.
