He had everything he needed to complete the job, got right to work and finished up in a short time. He had taken pictures to show me how the repair was done. Aside from being a skilled plumber, Donovan is a genuinely nice guy who really cares about going the extra step to take care of his customers. He texted me twice with his ETA and showed up on time.
