We live, and run a small business, in Christmas Valley and have used Superior Service for both our business and private residence HVAC needs. Kip is always amazing and the service is second to none! Not only do they respond quickly, especially given our remote location, but they do the job right and stand by their work. This is the most amazing company to work with ever!I never in my life have I met more honest good willed people! We moved into an older home where it is heated by a heat pump and furnace. We had a very popular local company come out and inspect and service the units before moving in. The company informed us that the system was old and would need to be replaced and would cost tens of thousands of dollars. We couldn't afford it and figured we would make due. Also at the time of there visit the wired in a new Nest thermostat but the technician seemed to have issues and didn't know what he was doing. He eventually figured it out and said we were good! From there our electric bill shot up to $500 a month and the heat periodically worked! So we were in the house a few months and dealing with freezing temperatures and heat that sucked a power bill that sucked and all of a sudden the heat goes out completely! Mind you it was 26 degrees outside. This is where we meet Kip The owner. I called at 7 pm at night and instantly was greeted with help and solutions. With in an hour Kip was at my house. He began to diagnose the situation one piece at a time. He rewired the Nest thermostat that the other company installed incorrectly. He explained throughly why our system wasn't working and why our bill had gone up so high! He didn't bad mouth the other company but instead just fixed the issue! He then checked the furnace and the heat pump, all the wires and coils and showed us how our old system was great and just need a new filter drawer which saved us thousands. He reassured us that we didn't need to spend tons of money to make what we had work, we just needed a few small tweaks. He was in and out of the house in about an hour and saved our booty's from freezing. The most friendly professional company. It was an absolute blessing to meet this man! I will never do business with anyone else!
