Ashley is AMAZING!!! I came in with grow out gray hair. My hair is thick, course and down to the lower back. Gray stopped at neck. I asked for a short cut that was fresh and cute. Don't go here if you expect scheduling in advance to be a priority. The lash tech will tell you it's okay to come at one time but schedule another client and send you packing! Mistakes happen but bad customer service is a choice. Doesn't matter if you've been a loyal client and had the appointment for WEEKS, doesn't matter if it was her mistake. There will be no accountability and no attempt to make it right. Just an "I'm sorry" and a reschedule at the end of the week that her lashes won't last to. Resulting in a full set and not a fill.
