The pool area is fantastic but front desk (and coffee shop employees) both have been cold and rude. I don't understand having representation that seems annoyed and put out when guests try to utilize the whole reason they chose to stay at your resort.

While staying at a timeshare at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond Oregon, we were able to use the Ridge Sports Center. It is members/guests only type facility. The center has a large indoor pool and a small wading pool for the little kids (babies and toddlers). There are two outdoor hot tubs, a small fitness room and indoor pickleball/sports court. There are also locker/shower/bathrooms available. I found the fitness room, mens locker/shower/bathroom and pool areas to be clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is friendly and keeps up on the aesthetics of the facility. We have had a great time using the Sports Center while staying at the Ridge Sports Center at Eagle...read full review

I booked a very last minute massage. I drove down from Washington to see family and woke up in extreme pain. After a horrific experience in Bend, I called the Eagle Crest Resort, explained my situation and they had me in within 20 minutes. The misuse was gone on lunch but came back to fit me in before his next appointment. AMAZING AND SO APPRECIATED!! The whole experience was trip saver for me. Before this, I was wondering how I was going to get back to WA being in this kind of pain. Talking with my husband this morning, he was going to make the 6 hour drive down so he could get me to Portland for help. Thank God my Dad got me to Eagle Crest. The spa was very clean, front desk staff was pleasant and calm as she could tell I was in pain, the waiting area had plenty of water and comfortable chairs, calming lighting. Perfect! I was able to start relaxing. My misuse, Duncan, came to get me, he was very polite, introduced himself and made me feel very comfortable. He took me to a nice room, calm music, everything you would expect from a massage. He listened to my concerns of pain in my body and then let me know how he was going to address those concerns. He did amazing work. I didn't really need to say or do anything else. I was able to completely relax. He felt the feedback in my muscles and adjusted accordingly. I was offered some time in the hot tub after my massage. I could not have asked for a better experience. Duncan was amazing and I will be booking my next appointment with him BEFORE I make the 6 hour drive down here next time. As for the spa its self, this is not a 5 star spa. It was nice and exactly what I needed but if you are looking for a luxury experience, this is not it. The spa was more of a nicer YMCA type place... pool, hot tub, sports courts, etc. Duncan and the front desk young woman (I am sorry I did not get your name) is what made this a 5 star experience for me! I will be back every time I am in town.
