I have had numerous issues with my eyes over the past few years, some of which were extremely serious! Dr. Karen Grove is the absolute BEST! She does not rush through her appointments, takes a personal interest in your case, and even made a point of meeting me on a Sunday out of genuine concern and follow up for one of my issues. I’ve NEVER had any kind of doctor do that! Besides Dr. Grove having a very comfortable and calming “bedside” manner, I have found the entire support staff at Orion to be friendly, personal, never rushed, and always giving their patients very personalized attention! Can’t recommend them more! Orion is the BEST!
What a great place! I had a retinol detachment and took a long time to have it checked. I first met with Dr Constantine, who worked me in his full schedule. He had surgeries all day and was going to add me on late, just to get my surgery done ASAP. Instead, Dr Troustason came in on her day off to do the surgery sooner. She saw me the next day on a Saturday for a follow up. I can't say enough good things about this place!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Orion. From the front desk staff that always answers the phone and is willing to help. To the clinical staff that is extremely knowledgeable, understanding and genuinely kind. And of course the incredible surgeons! I have some extremely complex eye problems that started in my 30s. I'm now 44 years old. Dr.Kristine and Dr. Karen Grove have saved my vision. They collaborate and have worked together to take care of my whole eyes. They have restored my vision through several surgeries which is one of the best gifts in the world. I can't thank them enough!!!
