Dr Chadwick did my exam and I went to Costco to order lenses . The Dr. had included a 2.5 mag for the reader portion. In looking at the reading card at Costco it was apparent to me that a 2.75 only a .25 increase was much easier on my eyes. I presently use 3.0 power readers. I called and asked to have the Dr. fax to Costco an OK to increase the reader portion of the glasses .25, no change to the actual prescription. They told me that couldn’t happen without a new exam. W H A T??Soooo another charge for an exam!!!!Not from me! I’ll be looking for another Dr… Seems like everyone’s out for the buck even in these hard times.
Arrogant, demeaning, and rude staff. Avoid at all costs. You're better off making the 20 minute drive into Bend for a more knowledgeable and professional experience. High Desert is, in my opinion, the worst in Central Oregon.
Bad customer service experience. Your team needs to learn some soft skills. Anyways, just here to let everybody know how poor the customer service I received from you was. You don't deserve to be open for business.
