Martín came on a hot day and quickly diagnosed and fixed our air conditioning problem. He is a great representative of the company and it’s obvious these guys know what they are doing. Could not be happier :)
Martin in HVAC did our annual inspection on September 4th 2024 he was a pleasure to work with if he didn't have the answer to my question he knew someone who might and got a hold of them for me great young man. I worked for Norco in a upper management and customer service for 40 years so I know what a good and a great customer service person is and that is Martin thank you very much hang on to this one.
