Gunnar was very thorough and explained exactly what he was looking for, at and expected to see during the inspection of the fireplace. I highly recommend A Kleene Sweep for any and all of your fireplace and chimney needs.
Brandon was conscious of doing his work without disrupting our household. He kept us appraised of what he was doing and why. He gave us a through assessment if our wood heat system upon completion of the work. In short Brandon was professional and courteous.
Brandon was just amazing. I have an old Majestic fireplace. He was able to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong thermopile.
Waiting on a new one and we should have a functional fireplace this winter.
