Love this vet clinic. They have a wide range of hours and I know the staff probably dislikes it but as a customer/pet parent I really appreciate it. The hours and days of operation were one of the main reasons I started coming here. The other was costs. Costs were reasonable and at the very least no higher then other clinics when I priced things out. So between hours and prices that helped the choice. But I've also been bringing my pets here for a year and a half. Staff is kind, vets are good and listen to concerns. So I'll keep on coming to this clinic.

We have been long time clients of Valley Vet and just this year the amazing Dr. Michelle and Dr. Brennan and all the doctors and staff have provided the very best care for our pets. In March we said goodbye to our baby Black with the help and knowledge of Dr. Michelle and today we said goodbye to our baby Yazmine whose favorite place to go was Valley Vet always smiles and a butt wag no matter who she saw but today Dr Michelle again had to tell us and put down another one of our babies. Without this Vet our dogs would not have had the best of care. Thank you to everyone at Valley Vet for your compassion for all animals

I have no complaints about either the staff or care, but I think they most overbook pretty consistently. I've arrived at my appointment time the last four visits and have had a long wait (30+ minutes) each time. Since they have you wait in your car, that means waiting in high heat or cold weather with your sick pet. Today was 95 degrees and I waited almost 30 minutes until I was feeling pretty sick. I don't imagine it did my 16 year old cat any good either. My car has air conditioning, but not really when it's not moving and I wouldn't want to sit in the parking lot polluting for 30 minutes in any case.
