I trust Dr Heinrick to do the best for my little Schnoodle. At 14.5 yrs of age, I do not wish to have x-rays and tests done that would lead to surgery. I am happy that I am offered alternatives to help him maintain quality of life and to be advised of symptoms that indicate he is in pain. Given medications to calm the coughing and making him more comfortable has made a remarkable difference.
My baby girl was attacked by a coyote and Dr. Jessica stitched her up on her lunch break since the clinic was fully booked. She was so patient and kind with this worried momma and her bedside manner with my scared little lovey was so sweet. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jessica to help us in a stressful situation.
I had to take my old lady in today and was just as nervous as she was. I cannot thank Dr. Jessica Heinrick enough. It's nice when you can tell someone loves their job. She was so compassionate and professional. My dog loved her which she doesn't really warm up to people so quick like she did Jessica. I highly recommend her as a Vet.
