I had a good experience all around with staff, pricing, availability, etc. The whole team was responsive to what I needed. Liked the Veterinarian and thought she treated both my chihuahua and I very well- she was pleasant to work with. Thank you, Dr. and all the staff, for helping me out.
A week ago I had to take my little dog Sissy in to have her put to sleep. The vet I saw remembered us from a year ago. She was understand and gentle with Sissy. I was given time alone with Sissy before and after the procedure. She talked in whispers to Sissy and me.
I have list pets over the years but this was the worst yet.

We had our first visit today with Dr. Heinricks to check in to some issues with our dog. We were amazed at how much time the doctor gave to us to help us understand what was happening and how to move forward. I have never had a vet be so informative, though we have had good vets. We will definitely put our pets lives in their trust.
