It is hard to find a handy man (or woman) who knows what they are doing and does it well at a reasonable cost. Paul and his crew at PNW Home Improvements are that person.

Here are just a few of the tasks that PNW Home Improvements completed for me at my home last week:
Paint rusty roof vent.
Replace hinges on door.
Clean sills on windows.
Move dirt in contact with wood siding outside.
Add latches to casement windows.
Replace closet rods.
Clean bathtub caulk line and recaulk grout.
Install kickplate on screen door.
Replace pergola cover.
Clean up garage.
Remove trash to dump.
Fix faucet on laundry tub.
Paul picked up the phone on Saturday night and the next day he came to my house and ran through the list of my projects. He took a picture of each task and later that day sent me a quote with a punch list of items and a link to the pictures.

The next week he came by with an assistant to start work and they kept working until they were done. As each task was completed Paul took pictures and added them to the online notebook.

What I liked about Paul:

*He responds promptly to my texts and calls.
*He is honest and provides careful estimates of projects and sticks to them.
*He knows what he is doing and does his work quickly and carefully.
