Alan is Your Concrete Guy! He is punctual, polite, hard-working, affordable, extremely professional and the results are amazing. Our basement floor was in serious need of repair, the concrete slab had several holes, was extremely uneven and the ambient humidity was in the mid-seventies. Alan assessed the condition, walked us through the issues and clearly explained the work involved. He estimated eight days and finished in seven. We now have a great looking level floor, in the color of our choice. The ambient humidity level decreased by twelve percent after two days and continues to drop. We could not be happier!
