I paid Nicole Schaefer $2,500 to trademark both of my names. Of all the lawyers I called, Nicole had a very concrete solution to an online smear campaign that my ex launched.
I emailed her (Oct 5, 2021) and asked why was emailed (Oct 04, 2021) stating that the application was abandoned, she said that it could be revived, “no problem” but she needed business cards from me. I ordered them the next day and emailed her photos of them on Oct 14, 2021. She thanked me but I did not hear back.

I had a telephone appointment with Nic Schaefer to discuss a legal issue. I paid the required fee & no phone call was received! I called several times the day of the appointment & afterwards but have never received a response from any attorney! I am going to file a complaint with the State of Oregon!

I have been trying to finish up something that Nicole said would be quick and easy for more than 5 months. It’s caused a huge disruption in my life, she canceled my appointments and will not return my phone calls or emails. It’s extremely frustrating and disheartening to think I’ll have to start over from the beginning and pay all of the fees all over again. I just want to be done with it and she gives reasons of personal matter for not being able to complete my job or being too busy but then says “you’re right you’ve been patient I will get it done this week” now she’s ghosted me.
