I've been working with Jim since 2021. Most recently, he helped me solve some problems on my 2020 taxes when I filed them on my own. He hopped on the phone with me, met with me in his office, spent hours on the phone with the city to get it resolved, and drafted an email for me to send to the city to request abatement. He's incredibly friendly and understanding and is always willing to do the right thing by his clients. I'll be using Woodstock Tax Service again this year!
