I have seen this review in numerous places and I find it odd that it is being posted in such a manner that Mr. Winchester is not able to see it or respond to the slanderous comments being posted. how is a person supposed to respond to a negative review when posted this way. I think most logical people know that there is always two sides to every STORY. i have known Mr. Winchester for many years and he has done many home improvement projects for myself and my late husband and we have never found his work to be what this person is saying. Jamey Winchester did not deliver on his design as outlined in his phase 1 project. · He was consistently late to arrive at the time scheduled. · He did not provide an invoice for materials purchased with the funds provided. · His assistant arrived for work smelling of alcohol. (We brought this to Mr. Winchester's attention multiple times but the issue was never addressed.) · Mr. Winchester made arbitrary design changes without consultation with us including: o Removing drawers from the design o Applying stain without requesting our input regarding color After discussing these issues with Mr. Winchester, a mutual agreement was made to halt the project with the... read full review
