We had a wonderful experience at Wilhelm's. A friend passed away unexpectedly with some difficult circumstances (estranged next of kin/legal stuff). The director, Bryce, helped us through everything with compassion and efficiency. Bryce was so caring and kind and made this hard time a lot easier. 10/10, would recommend.
I can sum up my experience in a single name, Bryce. He was right there guiding me the entire way, thank goodness for him, I’ve always loved the grounds, buildings, location, I went to school one block away but all that is a blur in times of trouble, Bryce is your lighthouse in the storm he’s just right.
Thank you to Bryce from Wilhelm's for a seamless experience. From walking us through the necessary arrangements, to making sure we had our service folders and slide show ready, he was great! I am very glad our mother chose to work with them for her final celebrations.
