I dealt with this company for several months and I had bad experiences due to many, many delays, "creative" excuses, and poor communication. The process of designing and building custom windows is a complicated one - it requires quite a bit of back and forth communication. This is not the company you want to go through that process with.

I had two doors I wanted replaced in my house. I had a very difficult door design that needed to be custom designed and manufactured. Versatile Wood Products did a great job and did it on the quoted schedule and was very professional in all my interactions with them. It was more costly than an off the shelf solution, but I expected that given my very particular requirements and was willing to spend more for what I wanted. I wanted to work with a company that understood what I wanted and had deep experience and could guide me to make the right decisions to get the look and the function that I wanted.
